| State Defense Force League Awards
The State Defense Force League awards have not been finalized at this time. It is currently being considered that in the area of ribbons, that only one ribbon will be issued and different devices will be used on the ribbon to represent various qualifications. The basic ribbon itself will be considered a membership ribbon. Wearing the membership ribbon will consist of more than just joining the State Defense Force League. There will be some requirements, yet to be determined, that will need to be completed to make the members a “Basically Qualified Member” and eligible to wear the ribbon. Once earned an award will be your to keep wearing even if you discontinue League membership. Permission to wear awards will only be revoked if it is found that the individual was dishonest in the methods used to earn the award. The President's Volunteer Service Award The State Defense Force League is a certifying agent for the The President's Volunteer Service Award. |
